Daily: Venezuela Declares Emergency After Twin Quakes

Twin magnitude 7.2 and 7.5 earthquakes struck northern Venezuela on June 24, collapsing buildings in Caracas, killing at least 32 people and injuring 700. Interim President Delcy Rodriguez declared a nationwide state of emergency as rescue teams searched rubble and Maiquetia airport closed.
